PAYMENT POLICY
Physiotherapy services are NOT covered under OHIP. You may be able to submit your receipts to your extended health plan. We currently do online submission for all Motor Vehicle Insurer (MVA), WSIB and VAC claims.
We participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region (see below). Please inquire at reception for more information. Be aware that with any health plan, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.
Please note: A doctor's referral is not required. However, some extended health benefits may require one. Contact your insurer for specifics.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, cheque, debit, credit and now accepting

What billing or insurance information will I receive?
You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
Every insurance provider is different. Payments can generally take from one day to a few weeks.
I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill, but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check directly with your insurance company.
